The Devonshire with Mother-in-Law Option
This one story home offers a large 2nd floor bonus room, along with approximately 700 square feet available for future finishing. With the mother-in-law suite addition, this plan is just under 2000 square feet. The first floor offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The formal dining room can be converted to an office with double French doors, if desired. And we’ve already expanded Bedroom 2 and added a private sitting room, as well as an additional powder room. The Bakersfield with Mother-in-Law Option
The original architectural drawing laid this out as a two story home with a downstairs guest bedroom. The home has been adapted to include an enlarged mother-in-law suite with great flow-through. The private sitting room allows for a separate living area just for mom or a special guest, and the double entrance offers egress and spaciousness. The bathroom is fully wheelchair accessible, including a roll-in shower. While, in the rest of the house, the upstairs master suite is very inviting, with it’s own private sitting room, huge master bath, and well laid-out walk-in closet. The two story family room, formal dining, and keeping room are perfect for get-togethers.

The Santa Clara with Mother-in-Law Option
The Santa Clara offers over 3000 sq ft of living space in a special setting. The dual staircase accents the two story foyer and oversized family room. The eating bar kitchen and large breakfast room offer informal dining options to the well-lit formal dining room and a spectacular trey ceiling – set in behind a huge, covered front porch. The master suite offers a cozy private sitting room, and one of our largest, most luxurious master baths. The mother-in-law suite offers an ideal solution to shared living space, with a private entrance, sitting room, and fully wheelchair accessible bath.
