The ENERGY STAR label assures homebuyers that an independent Home Energy Rater has tested for quality and energy efficiency.

Stanton Homes is an ENERGY STAR Qualified custom home builder, and will work with you to incorporate all of the energy saving features you’re looking for.

Third-Party On-site Inspections and Testing

Independent Home Energy Raters use several tests when verifying the quality of ENERGY STAR new homes, including:

"Blower door test": to test the leakiness of the home
"Duct blaster test": to test the leakiness of the duct system
Thermal bypass checklist: to discover areas where air can bypass insulation
